Help students prepare for VCE HHD Unit 3 and 4 and end-of-year exams.

Road to Zero would like to invite you and your students to a free excursion at the Melbourne Museum.
Hear from experts about:

  • Understanding the Ottawa Charter for health promotion.
  • Applying the principles to real world issues (road safety).
  • Health and the Sustainable Development Goals.

A bonus feature of the 2026 Immersion Program will be a session dedicated to Unit 3 & 4 exam preparation including exam tips and sample exam style questions with solutions.

Students will have the opportunity to learn from speakers, engage in group activities and visit the award-winning Road to Zero Experience.

This promises to be an informative and engaging excursion to help your students prepare for Units 3 and 4 of their HHD course and end of year exam.

Students will experience

  • Working collaboratively in groups through various activities using the latest visual and digital technology.
  • An exploratory exhibition showcasing the latest in multi-sensory interactive technologies.
  • Preparation on VCE HHD Units 3 and 4 by expert educators.

Students will learn

  • To investigate Victoria's road safety health promotion strategy, and then apply the action areas of the Ottawa Charter.
  • To relate the Road to Zero experience to the health promotion strategies that underpin the Ottawa Charter.
  • To evaluate how the Road to Zero experience is working towards achieving SDG 3 key feature ‘halve the number of global deaths and injuries from road traffic accidents.’
