Parlez-vous français? Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, join the Immigration Museum’s monthly conversation club during the Notre Dame exhibition to practise your language skills and explore French culture in an engaging and intimate group setting.
Refine your French speaking and listening skills with like-minded language learners and Francophiles! Your ticket includes:
- Complimentary tea, coffee and a pastry
- Entry to the Notre-Dame de Paris exhibition and the Immigration Museum
Please note: French Conversation Club activities take the format of relaxed chats. For formal French lessons, visit VoulezVouloz to learn about their tutoring program.
Please arrive at 10 am to allow enough time to make yourself a drink and enjoy your pastry before the session starts at 10.30 am
Meet your Facilitator
Catherine Tornare
Born in Marseille, Catherine has been a teacher since 2008. Her extensive experiences include tutoring young children, teenagers and adults in France as well as the United States. She loves cooking, meeting new people and the endless possibilities of the future but is not a big fan of routine, extreme activities and the lack of progress on the climate crisis. Catherine is a lively facilitator who is very generous with her time, and loves unpacking these subjects with her students.
