All roads lead to Rome in this immersive, hands-on workshop and exhibition package for history students.
Rome: Empire, Power, People is a spectacular exhibition that takes students on a journey through the Roman world. From its divine origins to the rise of powerful dynasties, from legendary military conquests to the intricacies of public and private life, the grandeur of Roman civilization emerges in all its complexity.
Including over 100 artefacts from Museo Nationale Romano and National Archeological Museum of Florence, immersive environments and multimedia, this is a not to be missed exhibition for history students of all ages.
In a pre or post exhibition visit workshop, students will dive more deeply into the Roman Empire. Using object-based learning, historical and critical thinking, and inquiry skills, students will further explore the features of the Roman Empire and what life was like for the people who lived within it.
