• process your car park booking request
• contact you if necessary regarding your booking or your parked vehicle
• conduct surveys, market research and analysis

If you choose at this point to also create a car park account (optional), Museums Victoria will also use your personal information to:

• save your personal information to re-use for future bookings
• allow you to review your past and future bookings, and amend or cancel any future bookings if required
