Competition entry Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement

1. The competition opens on 24 September 2024 at 12:01AM AEST.
2. The competition ends on 1 October 2024 at 11:59PM AEST.
3. The competition is open to anyone who has signed up to registration list for the Nocturnal eDM Giveaway via the Museums Victoria website.
4. Entry is open to all except Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families.
5. To be eligible to win a prize, each participant must enter via the Nocturnal eDM Giveaway webpage (as indicated in the direct email sent on 24 September 2024).
6. Multiple entries per participant will not be accepted.
7. The competition draw will be conducted on 2 October 2024 and the winners notified
   thereafter.
8. There will be one (1) prize draw. The prize consists of two (2) adult tickets to the Nocturnal: Food for Thought event taking place at Melbourne Museum on 10 October 2024. The prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed for cash.
9. There will be five (5) prize winners.
10. The winners of the prize will be drawn randomly from the valid entries.
11. The winners will be notified via email of their prize at the email address provided with their competition entry. The winners’ names will be published on the Museums Victoria website on 3 October 2024.
12. A prize not claimed within seven (7) days of email notification will be deemed void.
13. Each participant must provide their first name, last name and email address. This information will only be used to conduct the competition draw and notify and publish the winners. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the competition.
14. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Museums Victoria’s reasonable control, Museums Victoria reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize.
15. Museums Victoria will not disclose any personal information provided by participants to any third party, except as provided for under these terms and conditions, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
