Museums Victoria Member Emma Memma Competition
- The competition will be run during the following period (“Competition Period”):
- The competition opens: 30 September 2025 at 12:00AM AEST.
- The competition closes: 17 October 2025 at 11:59PM AEST.
- The competition is open to anyone who has purchased a Museum Membership (including gift membership) during the Competition Period and active Museum Members who book a member ticket to attend Romp & Stomp by 17 October 2025.
- Entry is not open to Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families.
- Multiple entries per participant will not be accepted.
- To be eligible to win a prize, during the Competition Period, each participant must either:
- Purchase a Museum Membership;
- Purchase a Gift Museum Membership.
- Be an active Museum Member and book a member ticket for Romp & Stomp by 17 October 2025.
- The prize is to meet Emma Memma at Romp and Stomp at Melbourne Museum (with all the competition winners) on Saturday 25 October (at a time to be communicated by Museums Victoria).
- There will be seven prize winners. Each winner receives the same prize (described above). A prize can only be redeemed once per participant.
- The prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed for cash.
- The competition draw will be conducted on 17 October 2025 and the winners notified thereafter.
- The winners of the prize will be drawn randomly from the valid entries.
- The winners will be notified via email of their prize at the email address provided with their competition entry.
- The winners’ names will be published on Museums Victoria’s website on 17 October 2025.
- If Museums Victoria, after using all reasonable efforts, cannot contact a winner within seven (7) days of the prize draw, then the winner will be substituted via a second draw from the remaining valid entries.
- Each participant must provide their first name, last name and email address. This information will only be used to conduct the prize draw and notify the winners. First and last name will be published on the Museums Victoria website as. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the competition.
- Museums Victoria is not liable for any late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- Museums Victoria reserves the right to verify the identity of the winners to confirm they are the winner.
- Museums Victoria reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole, reasonable discretion.
- Decisions of Museums Victoria regarding the winning of prizes are final and binding.
- In the event that the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Museums Victoria’s reasonable control, Museums Victoria reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize.
- Museums Victoria will not disclose any personal information provided by participants to any third party, except as provided for under these terms and conditions, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
