1. The Promotion

1. 1. These instructions on how to enter the promotion and win the prizes form these terms and conditions (T&Cs).
   2. Participation in this “Antopia: Explore a World of Secret Senses Trail” promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.
   3. In relation to this Promotion, the promoter is the Museums Board of Victoria (ABN 63 640 679 155) (Promoter or Museums Victoria).

2. The Prize

1. 1. The prizes available under this Promotion are as follows (Prizes):
      
      1. One (1) grand prize (Major Prize) comprising of:
         1. One (1) x $50 Melbourne Museum dining voucher (incl. GST);
         2. One (1) x $100 Museums Victoria Store voucher (incl. GST); and
         3. One (1) x flexi family pass to Antopia: Explore a World of Secret Senses.
      2. Ten (10) runner-up prizes (Minor Prize) comprising of:
         1. One (1) x flexi family pass to Antopia: Explore a World of Secret Senses.
   2. The Prizes must be redeemed as described at clause 7(a) below.
   3. The Prizes are valid within the exhibition period for Antopia: Explore a World of Secret Senses (14 December 2024 – 9 March 2025).
   4. The Winners (see clause 6(a)) will be sent their prize in the form of a digital voucher, which will be sent to the supplied email address. Each Prize will be awarded in the Winner’s name and is not transferrable.

3. Eligible Entrant

1. 1. Entry in the Promotion is open to any natural person residing in Victoria, Australia who is aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrant).
   2. Employees (or their immediate families) of the Promoter and their associated companies or related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

4. Eligible Entries

1. 1. To enter the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant must:
      
      1. input their details (name and valid email address) to the competition page prior to 11:59PM (AEST) on Tuesday 6 October 2024;
      2. join the Museums Victoria mailing list (including agreeing to receive further communication about the Antopia: Explore a World of Secret Senses exhibition); and
      3. provide, and agree they have provided, a valid email address by which the Promoter may contact them.
   2. Multiple entries per Eligible Entrant will not be accepted.

5. Promotion Period

1. 1. The Promotion commences at 9:00AM (AEST) on Monday 23 September 2024 and closes at 11:59PM (AEST) on Sunday 6 October 2024.
   2. Any entries received after Sunday 6 October 2024 will be deemed invalid.
   3. The Promoter is not liable for any late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

6. Draw of the Winner

1. 1. The winners of the Promotion (Winners) will be selected at random via an electronic random number generator from the Eligible Entries by the Promoter at 2:00PM (AEST) on Tuesday 8 October 2024 at Melbourne Museum, 11 Nicholson Street, Carlton VIC 3053 (Draw Date).
   2. The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact the Winners in writing via email within two (2) business days of the Draw Date with details of how to claim their prize.
   3. The full name of the Winners will be published on the Museums Victoria website on Tuesday 8 October 2024.

7. Redemption of the Prize

1. 1. The Winners will have 72 hours from the Draw Date to contact the Promoter to:
      
      1. confirm to the Promoter that they will claim their prize; and
      2. provide the relevant confirmation email from the Promoter and confirmation of their identity as requested by the Promoter.
   2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of the person to confirm they are a Winner.
   3. Once a Winner has been confirmed by the Promoter, the Promoter will liaise with that Winner to provide their prize.
   4. If a Prize has not been claimed within the requisite time set out at clause 7(a) above, then the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, offer the Prize to another Eligible Entrant drawn from the remaining Eligible Entries at random, repeating the process described at clause 6(a) above. This process will continue until the Promoter declares all the Prizes to be claimed.
   5. In any event, the Winners will not be required to incur a cost to accept their prize (other than a trivial cost) and the Prize will be transferred to the Winner within 28 days after the Draw Date (or subsequent draw date where clause 7(d) applies).

8. Privacy

1. 1. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information (described in clause 4(a)) by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion, further sales and marketing specifically for Antopia: Explore a World of Secret Senses.
   2. The Promoter will not disclose any personal information provided by entrants to any third party, except as provided for under these T&Cs, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
   3. Museums Victoria is committed to protecting your personal information. For further information, read our Privacy Statement and Privacy Collection Notice.
   4. Entrants may gain access to their personal information collected by the Promoter by contacting Museums Victoria Bookings office at [email protected].
   5. If an individual does not wish to provide their personal information, they will not be eligible to enter or otherwise participate in the Promotion.

9. General

1. 1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole, reasonable discretion.
   2. Decisions of the Promoter regarding the winning of prizes are final and binding.
   3. The Prizes or part of the Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.
   4. In the event that a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original Prize.
   5. The Promoter, in accordance with its obligations at law, will retain records relating to the Promotion for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the Promotion.
   6. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and all individuals including Eligible Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
