Yoga mats provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle, and anything else you require to feel comfortable.

Lenish John is a Kriya Yoga trainer and holistic healer with over 26 years of dedicated practice and teaching experience. Based in Melbourne, he is the founder of Kriya Yoga Wellness and is committed to preserving the authentic wisdom of India’s yogic traditions. His approach blends ancient techniques of meditation, breathwork, and philosophy with a holistic vision for modern wellbeing. 

Through his sessions, Lenish creates transformative spaces for self-discovery, healing, and inner peace. Passionate about cultural exchange and spiritual growth, he shares yoga as a practical path toward balance, vitality, and deeper connection with life.
