Morning Mindfulness

Relax and reset at the beginner-friendly Kriya Yoga sessions in the Immigration Museum’s iconic Long Room, presented as part of the Victorian Seniors Festival.

Focusing on breathwork and meditation, transform your mindset and learn authentic Yoga techniques to enhance your health and wellbeing.   

Yoga mats provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle, and anything else you require to feel comfortable.

Please note:

  • Entry is via 400 Flinders Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
  • Doors open at 9am for a 9:30am start – arrive early to allow time to settle in
  • Doors close at 9:40am sharp – out of respect for the facilitator and participants we do not allow later arrivals, as this will disturb the session
  • Your ticket does not include exhibition access – after your session, you have the option to purchase General Entry at the Front Desk

Lenish John is a Kriya Yoga trainer and holistic healer with over 26 years of dedicated practice and teaching experience. Based in Melbourne, he is the founder of Kriya Yoga Wellness and is committed to preserving the authentic wisdom of India’s yogic traditions. His approach blends ancient techniques of meditation, breathwork, and philosophy with a holistic vision for modern wellbeing. 

Through his sessions, Lenish creates transformative spaces for self-discovery, healing, and inner peace. Passionate about cultural exchange and spiritual growth, he shares yoga as a practical path toward balance, vitality, and deeper connection with life.
