Relax and reset at the beginner-friendly Kriya Yoga sessions in the Immigration Museum’s iconic Long Room, presented as part of the Victorian Seniors Festival.

Focusing on breathwork and meditation, transform your mindset and learn authentic Yoga techniques to enhance your health and wellbeing.   

Yoga mats provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle, and anything else you require to feel comfortable.

Lenish John

Lenish John was born in Kerala, a spiritually and culturally rich part of South India. For the past 25 years, he has practiced Kriya Yoga, becoming a Guru and a holistic healer under his Master, Yogacharya Sri Jos Jacob, an internationally awarded Yoga Guru.   

Lenish is also an expert in the ancient language of Sanskrit, which has provided him with invaluable esoteric knowledge about nature and life. Lenish’s exceptional experience in Yoga healing has been recognised with many awards and a ‘Distinguished Talent Visa’ to share his knowledge and wisdom with Australian communities.
