‘Moments of Joy’ Collage Competition

Competition Entry Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement

1. The competition opens on 18/03/2024 at 12:01AM AEDT.
2. The competition ends on 24/03/2024, at 11:59PM AEDT.
3. The competition is open to those who have:
   1. Uploaded a picture to Instagram of a collage created as part of the Moments of Joy program AND
   2. Tagged @immigrationmuseum_melb in their post AND
   3. Used hashtags #culturaldiversityweek AND #joyexhibition in their post
4. In relation to his promotion, the promoter is Museums Victoria (ABN 63 640 679 155) (Museums Victoria)
5. Entry is open to all except Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families.
6. To be eligible to win a prize each participant must complete no more than one survey per program attendance.
7. The competition draw will be conducted on 25/03/2024 and the winner notified.
8. There will be one prize draw. The prize consists of two Imax movie vouchers (Prize) valued at $78.00. The Prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed for cash.
9. There will be one Prize winner.
10. The winner of the Prize will be drawn randomly from the valid entries.
11. The winner will be advised via Instagram of their Prize at the Instagram account used to enter the competition draw. The winner’s name will be published on the Immigration Museum’s Instagram on 27/03/2024.
12. The winner must provide their first name, last name and email address to Museums Victoria. This information will only be used to deliver the Prize and publish the winner. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the competition. 
13. Museums Victoria is not liable for any late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
14. Museums Victoria reserves the right to verify the identity of the person to confirm they are the winner.
15. Museums Victoria reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole, reasonable discretion.
16. Decisions of Museums Victoria regarding the winning of prizes are final and binding.
17. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Museums Victoria’s reasonable control, Museums Victoria reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original Prize.
18. Museums Victoria will not disclose any personal information provided by competition entrants to any third party, except as provided for under these terms and conditions or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
