Please note: We are currently experiencing very strong demand for Education excursions, and our bookings team are prioritizing Term 1 booking requests. Once you have submitted your online booking request, we will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible.

This form is a booking request only. Booking requests require at least 4 weeks’ notice. If you need to book within that timeframe, please call our team on 13 11 02 to arrange your visit.

Teachers and supervisors are admitted free at recommended ratios of 1:3 for preschool groups, 1:5 for primary groups, 1:10 for secondary groups, and 1:20 for tertiary groups. Supervisors at IMAX are also admitted free at 1:10 for all education groups. For clarity, our Education Bookings team can assist.

Schools have the flexibility to bring a varying number of teachers or supervisors beyond the suggested ratios. However, should schools opt to bring extra teachers and supervisors, additional charges will be incurred.

Please list any topics your students are currently learning that connect to your visit. While we can’t create fully customised programs and itineraries, this information helps our team choose the most suitable galleries and experiences for your group.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date based on our availability. Please provide two alternative dates so we can find the most suitable option for your booking. If none of the dates you provide are available, our bookings team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date.
