- General enquiries about museum programs and events
- Science, History and Technology, Library and Archives collection access requests
- School and university student projects
- Requests for existing images. No new digitisation is possible

If your enquiry relates to family history, general research support, item identification, and object donations, please contact us again with your request after the 1 November.
