VCE VET Programs
This year four VCE VET subjects are featured in the exhibition – Creative and Digital Media, Furnishing, Integrated Technologies and Music Industry (Sound Production).
There are currently 26 VCE VET programs available that incorporate a total of 45 different qualifications in areas including trades, creative arts and culture, health and community services, hospitality, IT, and sport and recreation.
VCE VET programs allow students to include VET as part of their senior secondary certificate. Students undertake nationally recognised training, which contributes towards a VCE or Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL).
VCE VET programs are delivered by trainers who are in touch with current industry trends and practices. As well as up-to-the-minute industry technical competence, students develop a range of employability skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, technological knowledge, planning and initiative.
