Museums Victoria Members - Emma Memma at Romp and Stomp Competition (Competition) Terms and Conditions
- The Competition will be run during the following period (Competition Period):
- The Competition opens: 6 October 2026 at 12:00AM AEDT.
- The Competition closes: 18 October 2026 at 11:59PM AEDT.
- The Competition is open to persons who have purchased a Museums Victoria Membership (including a Gift Museums Victoria Membership) during the Competition Period, or have an active Museums Victoria Membership subject to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
- Entry is not open to Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families.
- Multiple entries per participant will not be accepted. One entry into a random draw as set out in item 9 of these Terms and Conditions will be allocated per eligible Museums Victoria Membership, regardless if it is an individual or family membership type (Entry).
- To be eligible to win a prize, a participant must during the Competition Period either:
- Purchase a Museums Victoria Membership;
- Purchase a Gift Museums Victoria Membership; or
- Hold an active Museums Victoria Membership and book at least one free member ticket to Romp and Stomp by 18 October 2026.
- The prize is to meet Emma Memma at Romp and Stomp at Melbourne Museum (with all the Competition winners) on Saturday 24 October 2026 (at a time to be communicated by Museums Victoria) (Prize).
- There will be 10 Prize winners (each a Winner). Each Winner will receive one (1) Prize for one (1) child and one (1) caregiver. A Prize can only be redeemed once per Entry.
- The Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Winners will be selected by a random draw of valid Entries which will be conducted on 19 October 2026 at Melbourne Museum and the Winners notified thereafter.
- The Winners will be notified in writing by email of their Prize at the email address provided with their Entry.
- Museums Victoria takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the contact information that is provided by participants.
- If Museums Victoria, after using all reasonable efforts, cannot contact one or more Winners within one (1) day of the Prize draw, then the Winner/s will be substituted via a second random draw from the remaining valid Entries.
- Each participant must provide their first name, last name and email address. This information will only be used to conduct the Prize draw and notify the Winners. The Winners’ first and last names will be published on the Museums Victoria website on 23 October 2026. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the Competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the Competition.
- Museums Victoria is not liable for any late, incomplete, erroneous, lost, delayed or misdirected Entries.
- Museums Victoria reserves the right to verify the identity of the Winners to confirm they are a Winner and that they hold a valid and active Museums Victoria Membership.
- Museums Victoria reserves the right to disqualify Entries at its sole, reasonable discretion.
- Decisions made by Museums Victoria regarding the award of Prizes are final and are made at its sole discretion.
- In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Museums Victoria’s control, Museums Victoria reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original Prize, the similarity of the product that is offered will be determined subjectively by Museums Victoria at its sole discretion
- Museums Victoria will not disclose any personal information provided by participants to any third party, except as provided for under these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
