I manage the Australian branch of the Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL) and chair BHL’s Global Persistent Identifier Working Group (Team #RetroPIDs). I work with libraries across Australia to digitise their biodiversity literature to make it accessible and discoverable. I am passionate about open access, linking everything (via persistent identifiers) and the importance of historic literature in our understanding of how biodiversity has changed over time.
