I have worked as a Collection Manager in History & Technology collections since 2007. I am currently based at Melbourne Museum, caring for social history collections. In this role I process and register new acquisitions, contribute to procedure and policy development, and manage collection storage and access for exhibition, research, public programs and projects.

My museum career began in 2003 at the National Gallery of Victoria as part of the collection relocation project team.

In 2004 I commenced with Museums Victoria in Strategic Collection Management, implementing inventory and location systems for History & Technology, Indigenous Cultures and Natural Sciences collections. Through this role I developed extensive experience in the handling and management of diverse collections, in a range of storage and exhibition environments.

I am also a multidisciplinary artist working across song writing, performance and visual art. I have experience in writing and producing commissioned works for film, television, radio and exhibitions. I have performed nationally at festivals and cultural institutions and supported international touring artists. Many of my musical compositions and performances are based on historical research and draw on my experiences working with museum collections.
