When you submit an Outreach presentation booking request, Museums Victoria collects your personal information, that is your name, email address, phone number, organisation name and address, in order to:

• process your booking request and notify you of the outcome
• contact you if necessary regarding your proposed booking, or in the event of any unplanned changes to the presentation
• add you to the Outreach mailing list (if you have requested this option), from which you can unsubscribe at any time
• conduct surveys, market research and analysis.

If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your booking request. You are entitled to gain access to the personal information which Museums Victoria has collected about you by contacting Museums Victoria at [email protected].

Museums Victoria will store your personal information securely and will not share this information with any other party, except as required or authorised by law.
