Bring along your family or friends to explore the origins of colour and light in the natural and human-made world.
After a play in the exhibit, sit down with Scienceworks educators to learn about exhibit themes, curriculum links and colour and light themed classroom activities.
This is a family friendly event. Your family/ friends are welcome to join you for the tour and play in the Colour exhibit. Your children are also welcome to join for the presentation of the classroom activities and demonstrations and experiment with the activities. If you have brought another carer with you, they are welcome to go explore the rest of Scienceworks while you attend the presentation.
No. You can bring another teacher friend if you like or come solo
Yes. From 9-10am only Colour gallery access is granted as the museum does not open until 10am. After 10am your family (with a carer) is welcome to explore the museum for the rest of the day. Scienceworks is open until 4:30PM
No. The extra passes (1 adult and 3 children) are only valid on the day of the professional learning.
