This kit contains a Homestar Flux portable planetarium, a DIY rocket kit with balloon and alka seltzer rockets, four Merge Cubes, and a Sphero RVR robot. The kit also contains an activity guide with a broad range of programs you could run for all ages.
Activities include:
- Storytelling under the stars with a portable planetarium
- Making your own alka seltzer powered rocket or balloon rockets
- Exploring the solar system in Augmented Reality (AR) with a Merge cube
- Programming a rover to explore Mars
Note that to use the Sphero RVR and Merge Cube, you will require devices that are not included (eg. tablets/iPads/phones). We include small quantities of consumables (alka seltzer and balloons), however you may need to supplement these.

- Suitable for: Ages 6+ (this kit is not Curriculum-aligned)
- Cost: $85 (GST inclusive) for a 2-week loan
- Delivery: Kits will be delivered by post. We pay for posting the kit to you, you pay for return postage. Other arrangements may be possible upon booking.
