When you subscribe to the Museum Teachers program, Museums Victoria collects your personal information, that is, your name, address, phone number, email address, primary place of work, location of your workplace, year levels and subjects you are responsible for, current teaching status and years of experience, in order to:
- process your subscription and provide you with information about the Museum Teachers program
- administer our Museum Teachers program
- manage our relationship with you including providing information to you about our exhibitions, products, programs and services that may be of interest to you
- encourage further involvement with Museums Victoria
- add you to the Museum Teachers mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time
- conduct surveys, market research and analysis.
If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your application. You are entitled to gain access to the personal information which Museums Victoria has collected about you by contacting Museums Victoria on [email protected].
Museums Victoria will store your personal information securely and will not share this information with any other party, except as required or authorised by law.
