Yong Arts Centre and Museums Victoria Giveaway Competition entry Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement

1. The competition opens on 15 July 2025 at 4:00PM AEST.
2. The competition ends on 28 July 2025 at 4:00PM AEST.
3. The competition is open to anyone who liked and tagged someone in the post.
4. Entry is not open to Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families.
5. Multiple entries per participant will not be accepted.
6. To be eligible to win a prize, each participant tag someone in the social media post.
7. There will be 1 prize draw. The prize consists of 2 adult tickets to the Immigration Museum (valid until 30 June 2026) and 2 family passes to Yong to be used on the session 2 August 2025 at 6:30pm.
8. Total prize value of $186.
9. The prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed for cash.
10. There will be 1 prize winner.
11. The competition draw will be conducted on 30 June 2025 at 4:30PM and the winner notified thereafter by social media.
12. The prize winner will be drawn randomly from the valid entries.
13. The prize winner will be notified via direct message of their prize through the social media handle linked to their competition entry.
14. The prize winner’s name will be published on the Museums Victoria website on 29 July 2025.
15. If Museums Victoria, after using all reasonable efforts, cannot contact the winner within 7 days of the prize draw, then they will be substituted via a second draw from the remaining valid entries.
16. Each participant must provide their first name and social media handle. This information will only be used to conduct the prize draw and notify and publish the winner. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the competition.
17. Museums Victoria is not liable for any late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
18. Museums Victoria reserves the right to verify the identity of a participant to confirm they are the winner.
