When you submit a Federation Handbells booking request, Museums Victoria collects your personal information, that is your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, mailing address, and event details, in order to:

• process your booking request and notify you of the outcome
• contact you if necessary regarding your proposed booking, or in the event of any unplanned changes to availability of the bells
• deliver the bells to you by courier (if you have requested this option)
• add you to the Federation Handbells mailing list (if you have requested this option), from which you can unsubscribe at any time
• conduct surveys, market research and analysis.

If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your booking request. You are entitled to gain access to the personal information which Museums Victoria has collected about you by contacting Museums Victoria on [email protected]. Museums Victoria will store your personal information securely and will not share this information with any other party, except as required or authorised by law.
