Acclaimed founder and artistic director of Native Pride Productions, Larry Yazzie is one of America’s leading experts on Native American dance. Following in the tradition of his elders the Algonquian people, Larry began dancing at the age of seven on the Meskwaki Settlement in Tama, Iowa. Since then, his immense talent has taken him all over the world sharing traditional ways, stories and culture.  His warm, enthusiastic spirit truly reflects the beauty of his people, enriching the lives of all audiences for generations to come.
