Melbourne Museum Tours
Bookings and cancellations
Confirmation will be received at time of booking, subject to availability.
For requests to reschedule a booking providing at least 24 hours’ notice, MV will endeavour to accommodate the request.
For bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour, a full refund will be issued. For bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the tour or do not attend, a refund will not be issued.
If a program is cancelled by MV due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions), the program may be rescheduled to another date or time or a full refund will be issued.
Group bookings
Customised group bookings are available on request. For group tours during the weekend, in another language, for people with disabilities, or have any other requirements please call 13 11 02 or +61 3 8341 7777 (if calling from overseas).

General terms and conditions
The tour runs from Monday to Friday, subject to availability. MV endeavours to ensure tour activities run to schedule; however we reserve the right to alter the tour route or cancel tours at any time for any reasonable reason.
Visitors should be advised to arrive on time. Visitors arriving 15 minutes after their tour start time will not be allowed to join the group.
Visitors can present either a paper or an electronic ticket for the tour.
Children pay full price. The tours are not recommended for children under 12. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The tours are wheelchair accessible.
This tour is provided in English only (tours in other languages can be arranged for group bookings).
Visitors will be subject to the conditions of entry of Melbourne Museum. Food and drinks are not permitted in the museum galleries.
