100 Tiny Dinos Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions  

1. Competition entries open on Saturday 29 June 2024 at 9am AEST.
2.  Competition entries close on Sunday 6 October 2024 at 5pm AEST.
3. The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 11 October 2024. Winners will be notified by email on Friday 11 October 2024.
4. The winners’ names may be published on Museums Victoria’s Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram accounts.
5. A) The entry requirements for the 100 Tiny Dinos – main prize draw are as follows:
   
   i. Participate in the 100 Tiny Dinos Scavenger Hunt onsite at Melbourne Museum between Saturday 29 June 2024 and Sunday 6 October 2024
   ii. Participants can find eleven (11) dinosaur stickers placed throughout Melbourne Museum to reveal 11 letters which, once unscrambled, reveal a code word.
   iii. To enter the 100 Tiny Dinosaur prize draw, participants must enter the correct code word along with their name and contact details (including email address) by going to  https://museumsvictoria.com.au/melbournemuseum/100-tiny-dinosaur-competition-entry/ to go into the draw to win one of 5 prize packs valued at $150 each, a $50 gift voucher from the Museums Victoria retail shop, and a twelve-month Museums Victoria Household Membership or, for existing members, a twelve-month membership renewal.
   
   B) The entry requirements for the 100 Tiny Dinos – crystal dinosaur prize draw are as follows:
   
   i. Participate in the 100 Tiny Dinos Scavenger Hunt onsite at Melbourne Museum between Saturday 29 June 2024 and Sunday 6 October 2024.
   ii.  Participants can find one (1) crystal dinosaur hidden within a gallery/exhibition at Melbourne Museum.
   iii. To enter the 100 Tiny Dinos – crystal dinosaur prize draw, participants must enter the name of the gallery/exhibition in which the crystal dinosaur is located, along with their name and contact details (including email address) by going to https://museumsvictoria.com.au/melbournemuseum/100-tiny-dinosaur-competition-entry/ to go into the drawn to win a prize pack valued at $500, consisting of a Dinosaurs gift pack, a $50 gift voucher from the Museums Victoria retail shop, and a 12-month Museums Victoria Membership (or for existing members, a 12-month Membership renewal).
   iv. Participants may only submit one entry per day during the competition period.
6. The winners of prizes will be advised via email of their prize at the email address provided with their prize draw entry.
7. Museums Victoria will not disclose any personal information provided by competition entrants to any third party, except as provided for under these terms and conditions or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
8. By requesting, purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Museum Membership, you accept and agree to be bound by Museum Members Terms and Conditions.
9. If the requested information (including name and contact details) is not valid or if all or part of the information is not provided, the entry will be considered invalid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
10. Entry is open to all Australian residents except Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or members of their immediate families.
11. The prize will be paid or transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw.
12. If a winner of a prize is unable to be contacted or otherwise located by Museums Victoria within 28 days after the prize draw, a second draw will be conducted whereby a substitute winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. 
13.  If Melbourne Museum is prevented from opening or is otherwise not open for any period during the competition period (i.e between the opening date for entries and the closing date for entries), then Museums Victoria may at its sole discretion extend the closing date for entries and the dates for conducting the prize draw and notifying winner. If Museums Victoria does extend the dates pursuant to this clause, the prize draw terms and conditions will be updated and published online, and existing entrants will be notified by email.
