Find your inner joy through music, sound baths, art therapy and Afro-Cuban Dance Class workshops. Every Wednesday this April and May we are bringing soul cleansing activities to Immigration Museum to help you get through your week as joyously as possible.

Visit the Joy exhibition prior to the workshop, included with your ticket. Get inspired by the artists’ stories and creativity and then immerse yourself in a guided art therapy session conducted alongside the exhibition.

ARTIST, ILLUSTRATOR AND MURALIst

Hailing from Medellin, Colombia, Tatu is a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for exploring cultures and delving into her personal heritage. Her experimental art style, and use of vibrant colours, take participants on a captivating journey of discovery and appreciation, encouraging thoughtful reflections on life and the universal human experience.

Born in Venuezvela, Esperanza Arcella is a holistic wellbeing facilitator who believes playfulness and curiosity are key for personal growth and empowerment. She crafts transformative art experiences, integrating her expertise in mindfulness practices and creative therapy techniques.
