Museum Learning Access Fund
The Museums Victoria Learning Access Fund aims to enhance access to our museums, programs and events for organisations and schools in the following ways:
- Community learning - Available to groups who may be experiencing barriers to visiting the museum due to geographic, financial or language needs.
- Disadvantaged schools - Offering free or subsidised education programs for eligible schools.
How to Apply
To apply, please download and submit the completed application through the form below.
Once we have received the form we will assess your organisation’s eligibility and aim to inform you of the outcome of your application as soon as practicable, usually within three weeks. How applications are evaluated
Applications are equitably evaluated based on the following considerations:
- Demonstrated need - not for profit organisations, charities and disadvantaged schools
- Number of participants impacted
- Lead time to fulfill the application to ensure it is viable to proceed
- Cost and sufficient funding available
- Previous or new applicant – for equitable distribution, we prioritise applicants who have not submitted within the last 18 months
