Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions for sleepover bookings are being introduced from 2019. This is to prevent late cancellations and to ensure as many schools as possible are able to take advantage of our popular sleepover program. Please read carefully before you make a booking.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 12 weeks prior to day of visit. We require cancellations to be sent in writing to: [email protected]
  • Cancellations after 12 weeks prior to date of visit, will incur 25% of total cost of the excursion.
  • Final numbers must be provided one week before visit.
  • We understand that numbers attending on the day may vary slightly from the time of booking, however schools will be charged no less than 90% of the total numbers booked for the sleepover at the time of confirmation.

If your school agrees with these Terms and Conditions and would like to book a sleepover, please phone the Scienceworks booking office on 13 11 02. Please note that places are limited. To avoid disappointment, book as soon as possible.
