This Spanish learning kit La maleta viajera - The travelling suitcase for students of Spanish Years 3-12 introduces the theme of Hispanic immigration through the use of stories, images and objects.
Activities explore the personal stories of Hispanic migrants through the history of migration to Victoria. The program has been designed to introduce students and teachers of Spanish to the rich collections of Museums Victoria.
This program is teacher-directed, with each story accompanied by student activities which will challenge their listening and comprehension skills.
Once students have explored the stories and selected themes within the story, they should then be encouraged to complete the language activities that may include further research, interviews, access to web pages and activities and classroom presentations.

$85 (GST inclusive) for a 2-week loan
Delivery
Kits will be delivered by post. We pay for posting the kit to you, you pay for return postage. Other arrangements may be possible upon booking.
