Sound Healing with Romy Paltoglou

5:30 to 6:30PM | LONG ROOM | 4, 11 & 25 September

Over 3 restorative sessions, Romy will present:

4th – a Grounding and Centering soundscape relating to the lower Chakras (Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus).

11th – a Heart Opening soundscape relating to the higher Chakras (Heart, Throat, Third Eye & Crown).

25th – a full tune-in and tune-up with a range of frequencies and sounds relating to your whole body, from your feet to your crown.

Limited yoga mats and blankets available at the museum. We recommend bringing your own to avoid missing out, as well as a water bottle, eye mask, and anything else you require to feel comfortable.

Restorative Sound Bath with Stephanie Jackowski

Sound bowls and melodic chanting combine to help you connect more deeply with your inner energy and divine self.

SOUND MASSAGE SPECIALIST

Trained by the Peter Hess Institute, pioneers in sound therapy, Romy is a certified Sound Massage Practitioner and Sound Bath Facilitator. Her immersive sound experiences, relating to the body and to nature, provide clients with a restorative environment to be still and silent, allowing their brain waves to slow down and parasympathetic nervous system to activate.

SOUND BATH AND YOGA PRACTITIONER

A former opera singer, Stephanie has studied and performed music for over 20 years. After leaving the stage, Stephanie completed her yoga teacher training and through yoga discovered sound healing. She has studied Sound Healing at the Sound Healing Academy and completed training in Gong Therapy with internationally renowned gong master Mehtab Benton.
