From Robots to Rovers: Design for Proxy Space Exploration
From Robots to Rovers: Design for Proxy Space Exploration
Discover the Australian Space Agency's ground-breaking programs that are pushing new boundaries of space exploration using un-piloted rovers and probes.
Design is at the centre of humanity’s future exploration of space. Rovers and deep space probes act as proxies for human exploration off earth, enabling us to reach and explore the wild frontiers of our solar system.
Dr Alessandra Monerris-Belda, Space Technology Director for Strategy & Integration, Australian Space Agency, discusses Australia’s ground-breaking space programs such as The Trailblazer Program, pushing new boundaries in design of human-proxy exploration.
