In 2015 Museums Victoria returned ancestral remains to representatives from the Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council in a moving ceremony at Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre, Melbourne Museum.
Museums Victoria acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Boon Wurrung Bunurong peoples of the eastern Kulin Nations where we work, and First Peoples across Victoria and Australia.
