Our recruitment process
To apply for a role at Museums Victoria you will be required to create an online account with a valid email address before completing an application form. Please be aware that some parts of this form are mandatory and must be completed.
All our advertised positions require you to send your covering letter, resume and a statement addressing each of the Key Selection Criteria (KSC). Acknowledgement of applications
Applicants will receive an automatic response when their application is received. Unsuccessful applicants will receive a formal notification when the recruitment process is finalised.

Shortlisting
Applicants will be shortlisted for further assessment against the key selection criteria stated in the role statement.
Assessment
Museums Victoria uses a range of activities to assess the suitability of candidates. These may include; presentations, skills testing, behavioural interviewing and job related exercises.

Police & Working with Children Checks
Successful applicants may be subject to a Police Record Check or a Working with Children Check.
Physical requirements
The successful applicant will be required to disclose any pre-existing injury or disease that could be exacerbated by undertaking physical requirements of the position.
