INSTANT WIN: Melbourne Central Joy Activation Competition T&Cs
- The competition opens on Monday 22 July 2024 at 10AM AEST.
- The competition ends on Sunday 28 July 2024 at 6PM AEST.
- The competition is open to anyone who has successfully registered and participated in the Joy Activation at Melbourne Central during the competition period.
- Entry is open to all persons except Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families.
- To be eligible to win a prize, each participant must:
- successfully complete the competition entry form and sign up to the Museums Victoria e-news mailing list; and
- present a valid origami piece containing their Joy message (Contribution) to a Museums Victoria staff member at the Joy Activation at Melbourne Central.
- Multiple entries per participant will not be accepted.
- During the competition period, the total number and individual prizes awarded per day (Daily Prize Pool) are as follows:
- 50 x ‘free coffee’ tokens to Puzzle Coffee Melbourne Central (valued at $5.00 each);
- 10 x adult tickets to the Immigration Museum (valid for 12 months); and
- Prizes will be awarded at random from the Daily Prize Pool. The maximum number of tokens in the Daily Prize Pool is 500. Participants are not guaranteed a prize.
- The total prize pool is valued at $2,800.00. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Museums Victoria acknowledges that any printing errors or other quality control matters are not a valid reason to refuse payment of prizes under this competition.
- Each participant must provide their first name, last name and email address. This information will only be used for the purposes of the competition. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the competition.
- By entering this competition, participants agree to provide their Contribution to Museums Victoria, and grant a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to use the Contribution, in whole or in part, within the Joy exhibition at the Immigration Museum (Exhibition). Use of the Contribution includes and would not be limited to use within the Exhibition itself, marketing and related publication. Museums Victoria will not use the Contribution outside of the Exhibition, and retains sole discretion whether to include the Contribution within the Exhibition
