A curriculum planning approach

Museums Victoria provides a wealth of experiences and resources that can be accessed on-site, online and through outreach services offered by the museum.

Hear about a collaborative research project conducted by Melbourne Museum, the University of Melbourne and a local school that demonstrated the potential for using museum practices in the development of the curriculum.

Teachers will be introduced to the curriculum planning model used to stimulate active inquiry learning, using a range of museum approaches and resources.

Work with museum educators Dr Liza Suda, Bek Bates and Dr Natasha Ziebell from the University of Melbourne.  Extend your inquiry units focusing on the Humanities and Science for use in your classroom in 2019.
