Discover the fascinating stories behind the dim sim through descendants of its inventor, William Chen Wing Young who was the son of a goldrush-era Chinese migrant.

Celebrity chef Elisabeth Chong, daughter Angie Chong and granddaughter Teresa Duddy Chong will lead the discussion, tastings and demonstrations in homage to this much-loved migration morsel we couldn’t do without.
